No Hate Speech means a speech that expresses hate or insult of a person, group or community. It sometimes leads to major conflicts. Some messages are published with the intention to provoke an individual or group. Hate Speech sometimes is more than harsh words. It can be in a form of expression which intends to humiliate others. There is no legal definition of hate speech. Hate Speech can be public statements against illegal immigration or same sex marriage etc.

Online hate speech is a type of speech which is online, the internet and its purpose is attacking a person or group on the basis of race, religion, sexual orientation, gender etc. It can create conflicts, cause distress. The Internet also helps in controlling hate speech . We can Stop the spread of its violent actions by raising awareness, supporting people who are targets of hate speech, and spreading positive messages.

We can deal with Hate Speech by expressing our disbelief. We should not get involved in pointless arguments and insults. We should go through the content of the statement and not to target the author. We should always refer to reliable sources. Hate Speech on facebook and twitter, we can report the message or ask the page administration to remove the message.

We shouldn’t tolerate any form of hate speech. Report hate speech and cyberbullying to relevant authorities. Hate Speech is a real threat for today’s youth. No hate speech movements must be spread in young people. We must have proper knowledge of how to handle or deal with Hate Speech.
